- Tester feedback constitutes an integral component of this phase, providing critical insights for subsequent enhancements.
- Certain features and services may undergo suspension, modification, or augmentation without prior notification.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
Participation in the Ai-Livechat testing phase necessitates the creation of a Tester account. You affirm that all information furnished during the registration process is accurate, complete, and reflective of your current circumstances. Furthermore, you acknowledge sole responsibility for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity conducted therein.
4.2 Access Control
You bear full accountability for all operations and interactions conducted under your account. The sharing of account credentials with unauthorized individuals or entities is strictly prohibited. You are obligated to implement appropriate measures to preclude unauthorized access to your account.
5. Permitted Use
5.1 Purpose of Use
You are expressly authorized to utilize Ai-Livechat for the singular purpose of testing its features, identifying and reporting technical anomalies, and furnishing substantive feedback regarding your user experience.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
In utilizing Ai-Livechat, you unconditionally agree to refrain from engaging in the following activities:
- Conducting operations or actions that contravene applicable laws, statutes, or regulations.
- Deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities, circumventing security mechanisms, or engaging in unauthorized access to restricted functionalities.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of Ai-Livechat or any affiliated entities, including but not limited to the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration of proprietary software, code, or content.

You acknowledge that the provision of detailed and constructive feedback regarding your experience with Ai-Livechat is a fundamental obligation of your participation in this testing phase. Such feedback may include, but is not limited to, suggestions for improvement, technical bug reports, and performance evaluations.
6.2 Non-Disclosure of Confidential Information
You agree that all information pertaining to the features, functionalities, and operations of Ai-Livechat shall remain confidential. Dissemination of any such information to unauthorized third parties, whether verbal, written, or otherwise, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Ai-Livechat.
7. Data Privacy and Security
Ai-Livechat adheres to industry-standard practices to safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and security of Tester data during the testing phase. However, by virtue of the experimental nature of this phase, you acknowledge and accept the following limitations:
- Data submitted to the platform may be monitored for the purpose of analysis and improvement.
- Absolute data security cannot be guaranteed; as such, you are strongly discouraged from uploading sensitive or confidential information.
8. Subscription and Payment
Participation in the testing phase is provided at no monetary cost to the Tester. Upon conclusion of this phase, Ai-Livechat may transition to a subscription-based model, with detailed terms and pricing structures to be disclosed at the appropriate time.
9. Amendments to Terms
Ai-Livechat retains unilateral authority to revise or amend these Terms at any time during the testing phase. Notifications of such amendments will be communicated through appropriate channels, including but not limited to electronic correspondence and platform announcements. Continued usage of Ai-Livechat subsequent to such amendments constitutes your unequivocal acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination of Access
Ai-Livechat reserves the discretionary right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without prior notification, should your conduct be deemed inconsistent with these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Ai-Livechat.

The platform is furnished "as is" and "as available" during the testing phase.
